Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Ambassador Role and Responsibilities:

• Ambassadors are expected to promote and represent Dawson Western in a positive light.
• Ambassadors will create and provide high-quality, unedited photos and videos showcasing Dawson Western's products for use on the brand's social media platforms, promotional materials, and website.
• Ambassadors will post a minimum of one social media post and one IG Reel/TikTok featuring Dawson Western products each month.
• Ambassadors are required to actively engage in promoting Dawson Western's new products and campaigns through their social media stories and posts.
• Ambassadors must be active and engaging on Dawson Western's social media accounts by regularly commenting, liking, and sharing the brand's posts to their own accounts.
• Ambassadors should use the appropriate hashtags such as #DawsonWestern when posting about the brand's products, and tag Dawson Western's official account in their posts and stories.
• Ambassadors will engage in Dawson Western's DW Family group chat and private Facebook group by sharing their posts, supporting other members, and participating in discussions and activities organised by the brand.

2. Brand Representation:

• Ambassadors must maintain a professional and positive image while representing Dawson Western.
• Content created by ambassadors must align with Dawson Western's values, aesthetic, and target audience.

3. Content Creation Guidelines:

• All content created by ambassadors must be original and not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
• Ambassadors should use high-quality images and videos that accurately showcase Dawson Western's products.
• Ambassadors should avoid using offensive language, controversial topics, or any content that may harm Dawson Western's reputation.

4. Usage of Brand Assets:

• Ambassadors are permitted to use official Dawson Western logos, images, and other assets provided by Dawson Western for promotional purposes only.
• Ambassadors must seek approval for any modifications or alterations to Dawson Western's brand assets.

5. Product Promotion:

• Ambassadors may receive complimentary products from Dawson Western for promotional purposes.
• Ambassadors are encouraged to disclose any relationships with Dawson Western when promoting products.

6. Confidentiality:

• Ambassadors may have access to confidential information about Dawson Western and its products. They must maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties.

7. Termination of Agreement:

• Dawson Western reserves the right to terminate the ambassador agreement at any time for any reason.
• Ambassadors may also terminate the agreement with Dawson Western by providing written notice.

8. Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation and benefits for ambassadors will be outlined in a separate agreement.
• Dawson Western may provide discounts, exclusive offers, or other incentives to ambassadors as part of the ambassador program.

9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their promotional activities.
• Ambassadors are responsible for disclosing any sponsored content in accordance with relevant advertising guidelines.

10. Modification of Terms:

• Dawson Western reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes.

11. Agreement Acceptance:

• By participating in the ambassador program, ambassadors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
